Due to continuing concerns about COVID, this event has been rescheduled as a virtual Zoom Meeting. Attendance is free of charge, and there will be networking opportunities prior to and following the panelists presentation.
While women in sales are often the top performers, women only make up 29% of sales representatives and just 26% of sales managers.

There will be time to network and to ask questions of the speakers, at the beginning and the end of the conversation.
About Our Panelists
Denise Dowd, Vice President, Treasury Management Consultant
Denise Dowd is Vice President, Treasury Management Consultant at Cambridge Savings Bank. In her role, she provides tailored treasury management solutions that meet the needs of commercial middle market clients in the Massachusetts region. Denise brings over eighteen years of experience in the banking and financial services industry working with commercial clients. Prior to joining CSB, she held the title of VP, Treasury Management Sales Officer at People’s United Bank providing customized solutions for commercial middle market, commercial real estate and franchise finance clients.
Denise previously worked at the former Fleet Bank, planning and executing meetings and events for corporate and investment banking clients, as well as supporting a portfolio of complex credits in commercial banking. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Heather Wilson, VP/Commercial Relationship Manager, South Shore Bank
Heather Wilson joined South Shore Bank in 2002 as a Small Business Relationship Manager. In her current role as Commercial Relationship Manager, she specializes in commercial and industrial businesses and commercial real estate lending.
Heather has 30 years of business lending and equipment leasing experience. Prior to South Shore Bank, Heather worked for De Lage Landen Financial Services for 10 years, primarily in the Bank Outsourcing division where she worked closely with Key Bank, Bank Boston and Fleet Bank as a Regional Leasing Specialist for their business clients.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Heather earned her Bachelors’ degree at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in Business Administration. She is active in the community and is currently serving on the Board and as Treasurer for New England Village in Pembroke. Heather currently resides in Kingston with her husband and two sons.
Sally Medeiros, VP/Commercial Relationship Manager III, TD Bank
Sally Medeiros is Vice President, Relationship Manager III at TD Bank. Her role is a commercial lender with extensive experience working with real estate investors and business owners including those in the manufacturing and construction fields. Over the last fifteen years before her recent transition to TD Bank, she previously held commercial lender and portfolio manager positions with Rockland Trust, Prior to that, Sally held commercial credit analyst positions at Sovereign Bank and Compass Bank.
Sally has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Providence College and a master’s degree in finance from New England College of Business at Cambridge College. She is active in the community and has volunteered with the Community Assistance Project, Inc., MassDevelopment’s Transformative Development Initiative, and the Prince Henry Society of Fall River.
About our Moderator
Carolyn Normand, Chief Credit Officer, South Shore Bank
Carolyn is the Chief Credit Officer of South Shore Bank and is responsible for overseeing credit risk and administration for the Bank. Prior to South Shore Bank she was a Senior Credit Officer for People’s United Bank. She has also worked at Rockland Trust as the Credit Manager and has held various credit and underwriting positions at Santander and Wells Fargo.
She currently serves on the Board of the Risk Management Association (RMA) New England Chapter, is a Committee Member of the RMA Boston Women’s Affinity Group, and a member of Boston Women in Finance.
Carolyn, who resides in Plymouth, earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, a master’s degree from the New England College of Business and Finance in Business Ethics and Compliance, and a Certificate in Woman Leadership from Cornell University.
