Please join us for a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about a successful career in banking, including its challenges, crossroads, and successes. The RP Committee is pleased to bring back this annual event featuring the two extremely distinguished bankers in Massachusetts, outlining the road of their rapid rise to success and outlook of the local commercial and retail banking industries.

Jay Stephens, President & CEO – Lowell Five Bank
Jay Stephens is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lowell Five Bank. He joined Lowell Five in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer, was promoted to President in 2022 and CEO in 2023.
Jay began his career in public accounting, where he audited and consulted with financial services companies throughout the northeast. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Jay serves on the board of several nonprofits in the Merrimack Valley including the Lowell Plan, the Greater Lowell Charitable Foundation, and Northern Essex Community College Foundation. He resides in North Andover with his wife and son.
Alison Kalman, EVP, Chief Banking Officer – Lowell Five Bank
Alison E. Kalman, Chief Banking Officer, Lowell Five, is a seasoned banking professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. With a track record of leadership and strategic vision, she has successfully navigated dynamic market conditions, driving growth and innovation. Known for her commitment to the community, especially community banking, Alison focuses on building robust relationships with customers while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
